डे-केअर केमोथेरपी केंद्र: केमोथेरपी, इम्युनोथेरपी, लोहाचे इंजेक्शन, रक्त/प्लेटलेट्स देणे – हे सर्व डे-केअरमध्ये दिले जाते आणि रुग्ण त्याच दिवशी घरी जातो. मॉनिटर्ससह आरामदायक बेड व प्रशिक्षित नर्सेस उपलब्ध.
डे-केयर कीमोथेरेपी केंद्र: कीमोथेरेपी, इम्यूनोथेरेपी, आयरन इंजेक्शन, खून/प्लेटलेट्स चढ़ाना – सब डे-केयर में होता है और मरीज़ उसी दिन घर जाता है।
Most cancer and blood treatments today do not need admission. Our day-care unit has comfortable beds with multipara monitors and trained oncology nurses, so you can receive treatment and go home the same day.
Treatments given in day care
- Chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy infusions
- Monoclonal antibodies (such as rituximab, trastuzumab, daratumumab)
- Blood, platelet and plasma transfusions
- Intravenous iron, IVIG, bone-strengthening injections
- Azacitidine and other injections for MDS
Your chemotherapy day
- Blood test (often the day before) and doctor review
- Pre-medication to prevent nausea and allergy
- Infusion – from 1 hour to most of the day depending on the regimen
- Medicines and written instructions for home
- A phone/WhatsApp number to contact if you feel unwell
